15th Year Anniversary
Submitted By Don Bushell on Thursday, January 12, 2012
Saugeen Maitland Women’s Hockey Association is celebrating 15 years of providing a highly competitive and elite hockey program for young female athletes within the WOAA catchment area.  Our success is due in part from the local minor hockey centres that taught our athletes the basics skills of the game.  Our hockey program fine-tuned those basic skills and developes athletes who are sought out by scouts from universities, junior teams and from the States.

You are invited to help us celebrate on January 27th at the Howick arena from 7 – 12 pm.  We have an 8:30 pm alumni game featuring 2 alumni teams with players from the past 15 years.  It will be a great time with a licensed lounge for our spectators and alumni players.
