The Olympic National Chinese Women's Hockey Team has been scheduled to play Saugeen Maitland Lightning on September 28th, 2016 at 7 pm. We have moved the venue to Mount Forest so that we can highlight this game with community where many of our players come from.
Mount Forest has 9 girl's hockey teams and this will allow them to see a top ranked world team play against some of the best players that Saugeen Maitland has. This year Saugeen is celebrating our 20th year as an organization and this game will be one of our highlights of our celebrations.
This year's Saugeen Maitland Maitland team will consist of former players that are currently playing in the PW league, university and colleges teams. The team will also have players that are currently playing on our Midget, Intermediate and Bantam teams.
