For the last few years, Saugeen Maitland Women's Hockey Association has used Sales Creators Inc. in Goderich to purchase its team apparel. Sales Creators is able to provide us with a balance of quality merchandise at a competitive price. To ensure order accuracy, upon receiving your order Sales Creators will send you a confirmation email with order details and total cost. You will have to reply to the email to confirm your order. Note: Field below marked with an * must be filled in.
  1. Christmas orders must be received by 12pm, November 22 to guarantee delivery.
    No late orders taken.

    Terms and Conditions:

    Saugeen Maitland Womens Hockey Association provides the opportunity to purchase team apparel as a courtesy to its players, their families and our coaching staff.

    Saugeen Maitland shall:

    • Not be liable for any costs or losses pertaining to online orders.
    • Not guarantee that the size, colour or quality of products will meet the requirements or expectations of the consumer.
    • Deal with order complaints only if all avenues for resolution are exhausted and provided the consumer follows Saugeen Maitland’s procedures outlined in its complaints policy.

    You, the Consumer shall:

    • Deal directly with Sales Creators pertaining to all online orders.
    • Make arrangements with Sales Creators for pick up/delivery of your orders.  Additional costs may apply.
    • Make prompt payment to Sales Creators.
