Lightning AA beat the London Devilettes 3-0 in a midweek match in Lower Lakes
League play. Exceptional play by the Lightning defense limited London to
only 19 shots on goal. Dollee Meigs
had a 2 point night with a goal and an assist while Gina Murray and Nicole Marriage also scored. Adding assists were Brittany Butcher and Laken Smith. With one game remaining, the Lightning have bolted into first place with a record of 14 wins, 4 losses and 3 ties. Saugeen will play their final league game this Saturday, 5pm in Howick versus the Kitchener Rangers.
