The bantam AA team came away with a 6-0 win over Kitchener in their season opener on October 5th.
The girls played a great game, starting out strong with goals in the first two shifts. Less than a minute in Becker set up Neil to put us on the board and then seconds later Nelson and Becker assisted Sutton on goal number 2. Before the period was over Healy sent one in from just across the blueline. In the second they took the lead to 4-0 when action from Beisel and Healy lead to a rebound shot from Neil. Then in the third Scott scored with an assist by Alexander. Finally Nickel assisted Neil on her third goal of the game to make it a 6-0 final. Great start to the season ladies!
