Peewee's win AA Bronze at Provincials
Submitted By dbushell on Sunday, April 10, 2011
Congratulations to players and Coaching staff for our first Peewee AA provincial medal!

At the beginning of the season, the team had a very small bench and found it quite difficult to recruit additional players.  With a relatively new team, the coaching staff crafted the players into a highly skilled and competitive force that controlled each game.  With their overwhelming success, the team was re-categorized to AA at the end of regular season thus eliminating them from playoffs.

To prepare for provincials, the team entered into additional AA tournaments and picked up numerous exhibition games.  At provincials the Peewees had a record of 5 and 1 with 3 shutouts and allowed only 4 goals in six games.

Congratulations an a great season!  See you at tryouts.
