Saugeen Maitland to Add Intermediate A and Senior A

Saugeen Maitland has finalized 6 teams, Midget AA and A, Bantam AA and A, Peewee A and Atom A and now is looking forward to try outs for an Intermediate A and a Senior A team. 

Try outs are Monday  August 19th and 26th in Ayton at 8 to 9 pm. The try outs will be a combined skate with the two teams. Both teams will play once a month in a tournament with some ex games and some practices over the season.

Saugeen Maitland is defending Intermediate A Provincial Champions  for the last three years. 

The Senior A team is new and will see many of the Intermediate A team past players moving to it. 
The Head Coach will be Howie Pruden, 5 years Head Coach of the Intermediate A team and also a Coach with the current Midget AA team. [email protected]  519-291-7373 cell

Trevor Cunningham will take over as the Head Coach of the Intermediate A team. Trevor was a Coach with the Intermediate A team last year and has Coached as a Head Coach with the Bantam AA team as well as a coach with the Midget A team the past 4 years.  [email protected]  (519) 373-6099 cell 

The cost will be in the area of $800 for the season. Please reach out to the coaches if you have any questions.
