Tryout Schedule (Saugeen Maitland Lightning)

The Saugeen Maitland Lightning Women's Hockey Association is excited to invite all players to attend our upcoming tryouts!

Tryout fee secures your spot for the first two scheduled skates. Players trying out for the AA team who are not selected will have the opportunity to attend A-team tryouts at no additional cost.

How to Register

The registration link Is expected to go live after March 24.  Once live Please register in advance through the link below. Be sure to select the package that matches your participant's age group.

Important Requirements

• Players who were not registered with Saugeen Maitland Lightning during the 2025-2026 season must submit a fully completed Permission to Tryout (PTT) Form before participating. 

• If you have been released through OWHA Releases, a Permission to Skate Form is not required — however, you must forward proof of your release prior to attending tryouts.  Releases must be organized through your current organizations registrar.
