BANTAM AA GIRLS TOOK HOME THE WIN ON OUR HOME OPENER TODAY!
Our girls came out of the gates strong and ready to play! Lots of chances in the first for the girls. Heading into the second on the power play, Kennedy McGregor had a great pass to Maya Robinson who found the top corner of the net! Grace Vokes staying strong in between the posts! Late in the second, lighting were short handed and Taylor Chegahno got a chance to chip in a tricky goal into the back of net! Mid way through the third the game becomes a little more aggressive, Waterloo really putting the pressure on! With 1:46 left in the third they were rewarded with a goal. Our girls were able to hang in and pulled off the BIG HOME OPENER WIN !!!! 2-1.
