Another weekend of a WIN & LOSS
Your SML Bantam A team would light up the ice at home in Howick on Saturday with a 3-0 victory over the St.Thomas Panthers - Julia Beaven would be a lightning bolt between the pipes eagerly earning her another season shutout!
Jayedyn Solomon would score her first of the season early on in the first period - recorded as unassisted.
Neither team would add any points to their side of the board in the second.
Going into the third ahead by one, the girls would add two more goals to the board to finish off with a huge WIN.
Alexis Smith would take her turn scoring on an assist from Michaela Rodger and then with just over 4 minutes left of play Keltie Talbot would fire one in on an empty net with a corner pass from Brontae Frook.

Unfortunately the girls would be on the receiving end of a scoreless game this weekend Sunday when they traveled to Strathroy to come up 3 goals short in a loss vs. the Bluewater Hawks.
Sponsor Day is this Saturday in Howick where the Bantam A team will face off against the London Devillettes (636) who recorded the WIN when the girls played them in October --- the girls will be hard at work for their turn at a WIN versus the current top ranked team in their pool!
