Thanksgiving Classic in Pittsburgh
The Pee Wee Lightning traveled to Steel Town to compete in the annual Pittsburgh Penguin Elite Thanksgiving Classic. It was a fun filled three days with Black Friday shopping, a tour of the Robert Morris Lady Colonials locker room, and RMU NCAA Div 1 game vs Maine, an NHL game of Pittsburgh vs Edmonton and of course a little hockey action of their own.
On that note the Lady Lightning swept their round robin play defeating Oakville, Mississauga, and Durham West before falling to the eventual tournament champs Little Caesars of Detroit 3-1. Great weekend of hockey and hanging out ladies - well done!
