Midget AA, 2011-2012 (Saugeen Maitland Lightning)

submitted by Rob Davidson               The Saugeen Maitland Lightning Midget AA picked up the bronze medal when they beat Toronto Leaside 5-2 in the Lower Lakes Championships this past weekend.

submitted by Rob Davidson.  The Saugeen Maitland Midget AA beat the Sarnia Sting 4-2 on the weekend to tally their 50th win of the season and earn the Lower Lakes West Division title.   

submitted by Rob Davidson The number one seed Saugeen Maitland Lightning Midget AA edged the second seed Sarnia Sting, 2-1 in their opening game of the West Division Championship series in Lower Lakes League play on Sunday.   

The Saugeen Maitland Lightning Midget AA won a pair of games on the weekend to finish off a couple of playoff series.   The previous Tuesday, the Stratford Aces managed a 1-1 tie versus the Lightning to force a fourth game in their Provincial qualifying series.
